Something For Everyone
As downtown Bradenton’s showpiece, the Riverwalk is the outdoor gathering place. Overlooking the Manatee River, the Riverwalk is a 1.5-mile, ADA-accessible park spanning downtown with many features. Family featured activities include the Skate Park, Family Fun Zone & Splash Pad and Beach Volleyball. For boaters and fishermen there is the Day Dock and Fishing Pier that can be used. Local events can be enjoyed on the Great Lawn, the Mosaic Amphitheater, Outdoor Living Rooms, the Pavilion, Flex Lawn, and the Regatta and Tower Plazas.
Welcome to the Downtown Bradenton Farmers’ Market — a place where the community meets each week to enjoy fresh produce, local art, upbeat music, demonstrations by local chefs, and free family activities on Old Main Street.
Nineteen pieces of art created by five artists add another dimension of discovery to the Riverwalk experience. The collection of public art offers interactive sound sculptures, river history, and beauty to match the fabulous river setting.
